How to do the Quotes thing?

Forgive my lack of computer skilz, but how do you do the Quotes in the blue box thing on this sight?

Look to the right for a bold, dark blue thing that says QUOTES

When you hit the "Quote" button, it puts the entire message (including any quotes they have in there message) and places it in between two bracketed quote (eg:

&

).

You can either type before the 

, or after the

; if you type in between them like some rookies do, you message gets lost in there quote....

Scroll down when you reply to a post. To see the replies others have already left.
If you look at the upper right corner of their reply you will see in blue letters "Insert Quote"
This will not only put the quote in your message but will also put the person's name of who said it.
Just like I did through this post.
