You can also use a wide gap hook to make a weedless sluggo. I have two big sluggos rigged like this from two years ago that I never used. Will probably use 'em on this trip for awhile...if there's any kelp around this year.

I have some of those that I never use. When I get home I'll see what size they are. I got them from Bass Pro. If they're the size you need you can have them.

Whatever size is the largest basically, hoping for bigger than one ounce, more like 1.5oz probably a 6/0 or 7/0 hook?
