Question for you gadget gurus

So I posted something in the classifieds with my galaxy note4 and for some reason it comes up blank on my laptop.
But when I reposted using my old galaxy s3 phone everything works.
Any ideas, theories?

Lost/bad network/wi-f connection maybe.
