Hey all, wanted to introduce myself. I've been fishing and ab diving the Sonoma and Mendo coast for a couple years now. I don't have a yak but am shopping around for one-- can't wait to explore and access new reefs and kelp beds. Anyway, thanks for letting me join this forum. y'all seem like a nice bunch 

Do yourself a favor and get to headwaters Kayak in lodi sunday morning 9:30ish for the swap meet. Bring track shoes and grab the tag off a heavily discounted or consigned kayak. Probably the best price you'll find. Welcome to the group and watch out for Raydon!!! 

Weimarian, thanks for the tip on the swap meet! I"ll try to check it out... I'm new to kayaking and not sure what I'm looking for though. Do you know if they let people demo boats?
