Pretty sure the answer is yes, but...

While fishing for bottom fish, is it possible to use any combination of two (as defined) multiple hooks?

As in
2x treble hooks
Or
2x double hooks
Or
A treble and single point.

Correct. But I sure wouldn't drop two trebles down into the rocks and kelp (or even one, for that matter).

I've done it...on a cheap jerkbait.
