Hello Bros and Sis,

My fam are looking to move away from Frisco theres only 3 of us, we are currently renting a house $1300 a month. Looking somewhere around anywhere within 30-40 Miles radius from San Francisco. Our rent may be cheap but the utilities are crazy, last month we paid $510 for PG&E and water, the reason is there is a 3 unit in the house and landlord dont want to separate the meter since he doenst want the "LAW" to find out he is renting 3 units. To make the long story short we need to find a place, also its a pain to bring down and up the kayak.

Please let me know if you know or can refer us to anyone. THANK YOU.

Unfortunately,  I'm not much help as I don't live near the bay area. However, if he doesn't want the "law" to find out he is renting 3 units, he might be willing to rent negotiate the cost of rent to a Tennant that has the proof the "law" needs.
Not the best situation, but may buy you some time.

My Landlord is not that bad, He just wont listen to the problems when told :smt002 . I just cant comprehend with all the penalties we are eating because we over the limits per household used in utilities in San Francisco. Besides its time for us to move elsewhere. Thank you.

1300.00 + 510.00 = cheap rent anywhere in the bay area.

X2 this is the truth $1800 won't get you much anymore. Probably better off negotiating with your landlord. Then Again he probably wants you out so he can get back to market rate.

Don't underestimate the cost or fatigue factor of a commute.

Not sure if its too far out, but southern Solano county would be a good place to check out ... American Canyon or Vallejo. There are definitely some rentals in that ballpark in those cities.

I would rent to ya for half that, but, I have a balut surcharge at my house, that unfortunately, has a quantity and frequency multiplier!
