Taking Joe Voss from Ventura out for some Nor Cal Triple Black Diamond hunting.  Plan to do Bean of surf cooperates, otherwise south side of Pigeon.  phone 831-231-9732 on Saturday morning launching around 6am.  then on CH 69.

Sean?  Polepoole?  Noaoki? Freddy?  Like to have some Hobies around me.  Joe and Mike Mullen both from Ventura are on hobies.  I will give them the history lesson once we get out there.  (and video it hahahahaha.)

Can't go Saturday but was thinking about heading down that way on Sunday. Micro S in the water and a little NW wind-swell for Sunday should be plenty doable. Good luck Bushy!

Thanks guys.

Olympic Penninsula was batutiful.  I saw some big Spring Kings on the SolDuc but they were not biting.

mostly caught smolts and small cutthroat, and one cutthroat that was in the 18" range that put up quite a fight.  Just great to be on the ground there, and get familiar with the rivers systems and a few spots on each I know will be steelhead spots in Winter/Spring when I go back.  gorgeous place!!

Is it Bean Hollow State Beach (south) or Bean Hollow State Beach, Pebble Beach (north)?
