You've made some positive changes in your life the last couple years and I believe that the same motivation to be a good father and an active role model in your kids lives will lead to a positive outcome. Thanks again everyone! Getting ready to go in for another round of tests. Feeling pretty sick today, was able to make it to the office and do some paperwork.....that without a doubt, my staff is going to have to re-do! lol

So sorry to hear this news, Rich. Little E and I are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers...not just because you are a special person but so we can see you again soon looking like this pic. Stay strong.

What's with funny large guys getting smited w pancreatitis???  My best, funniest friend from grad school recently texted, said he's giving up the life b/c his doc cautioned continued frolic = possible death.  Oh Lord, take it easy on the good ones

I thought long and hard, about posting this. I went in for another battery of tests today. The results came back, really bad. I just got called to come in ASAP to have my guts scoped and a biopsy. Looking like pancreatic cancer. They want the biopsy to make sure. Fuck

FUCK is right.  Hoping its all a mistake and it gets turned around.

On another note, get referred ASAP to a major medical center like Standford or that place in Texas. Don't trust the locals on this kind of thing.  A friend of mine is an oncologist and he said that if the Dr falls behind just a little on the latest treatments,  they don't know the current program.  Get to the best place now for treatment.

Most definately. Everything is kind of a blur right now. I reckon get this test done, see, then move forward after I have a chance to digest it all.
