2nd Annual "Beat My Grill" Albion Cookoff

With Albion 2015 just around the corner, I thought I would see if there was anyone still interested in taking away my "Title".

The BBQ cookoff will take place on Friday, August 7th at 18:00 and hosted at the HAC campground (A2-A4).

The format will change slightly from last year, with judging only being on the BBQ; 'presentation', (which "could" have been a contributing factor) will not be scored on the contest, but it's not to say you can't do it  . Judging will be strictly on the quality, appearance and taste of your BBQing.

"Meat" selection for the BBQ challenge will be open to you preference.

Judges will be announced prior to the Albion Open event; (will give me a chance to schmooze them over  ).

Look forward to seeing my NCKA family! It's been WAY TOO long since I've chilled with you!!!

If you fewls, put as much effort into make good bbq, as you do it thinking up new slogans, you might actually make edible bbq...

    If  I were, I would !      Won't be able to make Albion.   I'll be headed back down to Texas, fishing the gulf for those Kings.
