I want to be clear that when I wrote this I thought you were joking. The majority of people on this forum are men and a lot of us kid, prod, verbally abuse each other all the time.......in fun.

What are the lure weights (lead heads and iron)?

Last year before the tourney the forecast was calling for a sharknado type storm to end all storms and wipe out all of humanity. One year later we're all still here and there's some sac crew guys who wish they hadn't missed an awesome weekend of fishing FAC waters. Don't be that guy

Agreed, the point n click looks really good, but its been really unreliable at least the last couple months for me.  It's always been worse than predicted recently.  Best bet is to be ready for anything, as Rob always is!  Let's just hope the wind is down since none of us have our pedals available

One can never figure out what is going on with Sonoma coast till you get up there. I have been diving and kayaking for over 20 years up here and one thing is for sure shit never seems to be the way it is predicted.

+1  the weather and swell forecasts in Sonoma county all contradict each other...if I see a bad forecast I just keep searching til I find a good one to make myself feel better

Launch at 5:00 am. I'll be up at the fish cleaning station handing out lures by 4:30
weigh in by 2:00.

Dont even look at forecasts until Thurs.  They will change every time you look until your closer to the date.
