My uhf radio has GPS in it. Obviously, I will not be using it for fishing, but can I take it on as a safety device?

I'm no genius  and not poking fun or pointing fingers but

paddle kayaks solo with the 3 lures given and no scents or FF--seems like that is good enough right


may a sharpen the hook??

can I bless the lure?

Can I cast goofy hand??

Can I fish near someone else lure?
