3 people on a 10' kayak ? Say what ? You better REALLY like the people you're kayaking with. 

Looks stable as can be, but it looks like a royal pig to maneuver. Is there a reason you're looking at a three person kayak ? If not, you can definitely find a much higher quality used tandem for that price.

for taking kids on a lake or around the harbor...then sure perfect fun..whats money matter  if the kids have fun!!!...anything else...maybe save your $

There's a reason they are sold at Wal-Mart, Home Depot & places of the likeness.  You can usually find a good deal on a used tandem from another member, craigslist or a dealer (floor model or demo model unit).  A little checking around will find you a better kayak for possibly same or maybe a little less $.

Whoever designed this boat is a sadist. The probability that kids will hate you and your wife will divorce you will drastically increase if you purchase this kayak.

That would be a good "trailer" for duck decoys or a dead deer to tow behind your primary kayak. No way in heck would I take that out on big blue, even solo. Probably has more leaks than the Iran Navy.
