Westside Grill in Santa Rosa has some pretty decent burgers.

And I hear Big Kahuna Burgers are pretty tasty, as well, but I've yet to try one.

Is that one of them hawaiian burger joints?

Best burger I ever had was Mikes at the Crossroads in Cotati.
Mike used to get his meat daily in Petaluma. Those were the bomb.

I heard he sold and was traveling. Been a few years now.

I have been loving the hot burger from 101 Burger in Willits. For the past few days it may have been my breakfast. Everyday.

For non-chain, I like Squeeze-Inn in Sacramento.
That looked so good, I had to look it up!  Funny enough, it's adjacent a street called "Kayak Alley"!  Should be easy enough to remember! Next time i'm heading up 50 i'm going to stop there  :smt003

I grew up in LA and back in the day, the best burger was the "original Tommy's Hamburgers" double chili cheese burger. They have many locations now but the original shack on the corner of Beverly an Rampart is the best.

Burgers are the new trend here in north Oakland. Trueburger just opened on 41st and Broadway. It's one block up from Clove and Hoof ($15 a pop, opened last fall). Kroner burger opened last month. My friend paid $20 for a burger and soda. They only serve the burgers rare (raw inside). I think they kick you out if you ask them to cook it more. Grange Hall just opened on 49th and Telegraph. Their burger got written up on SFeats.  Sparky's and Barney's are already on Piedmont Ave. right up from Kroner burger. Who knew?

i do agree!  after paying $10-15 for a burger, leaves a bitter taste that wont go away....but i di give in once in a while to the mega$burgers
