Report, Del Valle 4/19

Rocking good day, bit of chop but lots of folks catching lots of Fish.  I caught two good sized fish.  Striper on a red Kastmaster, I forgot how cool it is to hear line zipping out against the drag and looking at a major bend in your rod.  He made 6 or 7 good runs.  I lost him as I was netting him   the hook straightened out

Second fish was a nice 2 pound trout on a rappala.

I was glad that there was a breeze as it was 84* at lake level

Going back next Saturday  with new hooks on all my Lures

Just hit the wall, or should I say the wall hit me. Kayaked for 8 hours over the past two days and even staying hydrated and fueled up I am entering the zombie land of energy and consciousness....I feel like I am totally stoned.. endorphins, good stuff.
