Yes, I suppose people with cash/check can purchase tix at LRC up until the drawing.
But we might have to set a cutoff time for online ticket purchases...like noon on 11/14.

I had very bad Verizon coverage within the campground area; not usable.  I found that if I walked to the beach, I could get usable phone coverage last year.
