Soooo when is the house(warming) party?

Hopefully you don't get stuck in the new homeowner's fiscal - fishing vortex - its the pathway to psychosis.
 

• man is avid angler, loves eating his catch
• by eating catch, man saves money on food
• man buys home
• home needs optimizing (list never ends...)
• with never ending home duties, man no longer has time to fish
• man must now go buy fish, spending yet more money
• spending yet more money, man develops guilt if he don't fix things himself instead of retaining help
• what little chance of getting OTW compromised even further
• wife says "you shd sell one or all of your boats.  Ain't using anyway"
• man grumbles . . .

A friend of mine once told me that three are three most stressful times in ones life to watch out for;  1) Getting Married, 2) You first born child, and 3) buying a house!   I'll have to add a 4th one to that list 4) Getting divorced!  Now that it's over I hope you can enjoy it to the fullest Sarge
