"We Are Nor Cal HOW…" Florida Conference...

That's what I came up with when tasked by the CEO to visualize what message to bring back to all of you…

  Think I nailed it…

 Good Stuff, lots going on, equipment, Interesting cooperation effort with the Brain Performance Institute, lots of resetting the HOW machine to get ready for explosive growth with over a 100 request for starting new chapters waiting in the wings…
 
some new stuff to streamline my headaches too…  fingers crossed… 

 Florida was kool, great to catch up with other coordinators I knew and meet new ones…

 Big Hali High Five to our own "islandson367" or "Dino"  Washington HOW Coordinator and NWKA peep…. 

 He's been working hard with other coordinators across the nation to help develop a model that can help chapters grow…

    Another Big " Job Well Done…"   To US!!!

        We as Nor Cal HOW are considered a shinning example of what a HOW Chapter should be…

 We were acknowledged as being at the highest level or four phases, pretty kool ..

 and truth be known, were actually at phase 5 which does not exist yet…   

National is Very Please with Nor Cal HOW y'all and Thanks You 

 Nothing I did dont know…

  Y'all made this happen and we have made a difference …. 

 Big things to come, 

 Big Thanks to Derrick for making the trip with me…  He put on a Nor Cal HOW, West Side Gig to it all,

He's also one of those Vets who went to the bad lands…   

 I must say, I really think Derrick might have had more fun than anyone…

I talked with Derrick last night, boy was he stoked about all you guys did and learned!  Congrats Don on such a successful program and being a catalyst for west coast chapters, all the hard work pays off

Northeast Florida is running like a fine tuned running machine…

 The trailer they have was actually donated, 24' and so was the wrap….

They needed to do some repairs to it but wow it's a nice set up...
