I sent in my Kokatat Drysuit in for repair and for about $100 I got both wrist gaskets replaced, all the holes patched, and new tape on the neck seams - it's just like new.  Fast service and the guy I worked with, Trask, was awesome so I'm a happy customer!   I wish I would've taken better care of my wrist gaskets by applying Aerospace 303 after fishing, which would've saved me a lot of money  :smt013

Good luck!  I sent mine in 2 months ago to fix holes in the feet, inner knees and replace gaskets.  Trask told me my suit was all used up!  Not worth repairing.  He did sell me a new one at almost 1/2 off.

JJQ , don't you have the angler version that comes with the lifetime warranty?

Lifetime Warranty doesn't cover wear and tear.  I honestly trashed it.  I wore it up and down some rugged trails we use to launch our kayaks.  From now on I will only put it on when ready to launch and take it off as soon as I land.

Good to know thanks. Did you end up upgrading to gore tex?  It would be nice to have a little more breathability

They gave me a new one last year when I gave them mine to be repaired cause the GORTex was delaminating.  This will be the 2nd Kokotat drysuit that lasted less than a year and this one fell apart much sooner.  I don't think they make them for fishing.  Im out there often for 12 hours in the sun.  It get wet with saltwater then drys, then gets wet again.  Mix fish blood, slime and bait and it just doesn't seem to hold up when you uses it 100+ times a year.  I washed it several times with the special soap and rinsed it most of the time.

No gore tex.  Hopefully this one will last longer.  I had it for around a year and a half.  Probably close to a hundred days on the water.
