is it possible for someone to run off a 100 or so copies of these waivers and bring them to the show?

I mean if you can get it done free, if not, I'll go the usual route…  $$$

and please feel free to print, sign and bring to the show, helps move things along…

Carrie is going to be busier than a Centipede at a toe counting contest…

We will have ours filled out and ready so we can get to doing as soon as we are set up... Don, did you get enough wrist bands? General public will have to take a back seat this time I suspect. Lots of folks just see the FREE in things. For Dan's sake, we need to control this event closely... Would suck if gear or boats just walked away...
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

 Concerning the Front desk Werinarin/Carrie,

I want to be sure Carrie has all the help she needs, Not only will there be signing of waivers, but we also need to fit everyone with wristbands.

The Big Rush around 9:00, we should have at least 1/2 a dozen people helping out with the front desk with Carrie in charge.

Launch Command...

Looks like piski and eelkram who also need a team, this is demanding stuff out on the dock, very dynamic….

Takes lots of patience, care, flexibility and adaptability …

An adaptive paddler will be there and between our experience and Dan's, along with his resources, I think were loaded for Bear…

The Highlight for me last year was this young lady getting out of her wheel chair and onto the water…

      She had a Blast!!!

Could not thank us enough, and that was very uncomfortable as we could not thank her enough…   :salut:

   Very Moving…

 Thanks Again Everyone,

  Looking Good     :smt004

The other huge thing is the Fishing Poles…

I have around 40 to 50, there will be people bringing rods and were working on buying more…

I'm still with the easy to throw ugly plastics for bass route,

we have tons of plastics, just need more worm hooks and worm weights which I will purchase …  for the kiddies, going to pick up more crawlers and hooks, ect for that…

They all need to be rigged,,,,  and after the show, broken down to nothing…  big job but fun,,,

we also could use easy ups, I have one,  but 4 to 5 more would be good

Everyone needs to be flexible and just be aware of where we might need help…

KayakJacks Taco Shack is going to be under the most pressure ever…

so speak up Jack of what you need…

I would think at least a dozen, and give me a call about buying all this stuff, that can be a whole day in itself.

if you want to delegate purchasing of different stuff, post up here…

I don't want to see you take on the whole logistics for food on this one,,,  let us Help...

If the store had them, maybe the Store Manager would be willing to offer up the same deal.  Most all retail stores are hard-up to hit their sales goals these days so, if I were in their shoes (and I HAVE been), I'd take any sale I could get.

for breakfast The standard breakfast tacos, fresh fruit, donuts, granola bars. For lunch bbq. VK has offered use of his big-ass weber charcoal grill. not sure what yet but i am thinking burgers and chicken. We need lunchtime side dishes. Can anyone make a big batch of macaroni or potato salad? i got a lot of planning yet to do. Does anybody have any left over bags of charcoal from prior events?
