I replaced every one of my lights in my RV with LED's.  they are the 'warm' light range and can hardly tell them from the incandescent bulbs.  The old bulbs used 1.5amps per bulb.  The LED's are 1/10th that.  Meaning I can turn on 10 lights and only use the power that it took to run one of the old bulbs.  My batteries now last forever as I also put some solar panels on the roof as well.

There are lots of LED styles out there for RV's so do your homework on what warmth of light you like.  From a soft yellowish to harsh blue-white, you can get what ever you like.

Good to hear.  I hated the thought of recommending something that didn't deliver.

My DC amp meter shows my old bulbs used 1.6a & the new 3.25 watt ones use .2a. So I can run 8 LED bulbs for the same power consumption as one of the old incandescent. I actually like the blue-white over the yellowish myself but it's definitely nice to have options.   Now I just need to get out camping & enjoy those new lights.

Glad your order came in Nate!

I got my LED's off eBay, Nate.  I didn't order all the styles from the same seller.  I have 4 different types; the overhead lights, the reading lamps on each side of the bed, the light over the stove and the outdoor lights.

As Salty points out; some will prefer the brighter white lights, others the softer warm lights.  My eyes have a tough time with the bluer/whiter ones.  I think it shows the contrasts better, but then I'm older so maybe that makes a difference.
