Got the little bastards again. I did the orange oil bullshit 4-5 years ago, but the problem with that, is they only treat the area where they find them during a half-assed look around. I'm thinking I ought to get tented this time.

Does anyone know of a reputable company? I'm in Guerneville.

Go tented.  Have access to under the house?  The bastards we have down here need chemicals shot into the ground.  The orange is a bunch of B/S IMO.  Maybe the "green" way to repel them for the short term.

How is orange oil applied?
Found this online:

certified inspectors will first locate any areas of your home that are infested. We will then use a precise and comprehensive drill and treat method, injecting XT-2000 Orange Oil into infested walls. From there it will spread throughout the wood beams, eliminating termites and termite eggs on contact. Once the treatment is applied, your home will be left with and orange scent that will typically last 4 to 5 days
