Ok so I a soft yes, from the owners. They need some more details before they are willing to commit. Once they have the details I am pretty sure its a go!

The big question is how many would you like me to get? We have a trailer that looks like it can transport 6 yaks. It currently is holding 4 paddle boards & 4 hobie yaks, 2 of which are tandem. I can get two more yaks from our other store to swap out for the paddle boards.

All the yaks should have pfd's, regular paddles, and mirage drives.

If you can let me know what we would want out there I can get it finalized. Their biggest concern is getting everything transported safely. And that there are no guns there hahaha..

Also let me know if we will need extras of anything, and how many if so

I didnt see a time for this event either... I will be coming from the Colfax area so its about a 2.5 hr drive

Wow…

That would be cool, Love the idea of tandem mirage kayaks, this  would be going full time… being this is an event being put on by another org,,, I'm not exactly sure, but there will be a lot of people…

many people may just want to get out on the water. I also have kathy from Delta adventures, but last time with her and my fleet and few extras, we did not have nearly enough…

so whatever is comfortable for you to bring is fine and thank you so much…

let me know if whomever your getting the yaks from would like a 501c3 letter, if their a business, it can't hurt…

Thanks again and please give them my thanks   :smt006

How do we participate in the event? I'm curious and could bring an extra kayak depending on next two visits to the San Francisco Va hospital.
Sponsored by: Pacific Outfitters, Jackson kayaks, Seeker rods. Accurate reels, Promar, Mustang Survival, Lingcod jigs.

Ya I think they would appreciate a 501c3 letter. The company is Hills Flat Lumber, do you need like a EIN or anything?

Also it isnt quite clear to me if this is a weekend event or a day event?

This is a Friday day event, getting there between 9 and 10 is fine…  do not need their EIN # and I'll have a letter for ya at the show or send you it via PM, probably easier for everyone…

or better yet, hit me on my e-mail…

I'm officially in as well.  I just moved into my new house and I have 4 kayaks and 1 SUP ready to go if you need em.  Do you know yet what fees we're responsible for paying?

I'm also going to try and bring out Olivia with me and see if I can get her a trout.

Kayaks -
Hobie AI (might be a bit overkill?)
2x Slayer Propel 13
1x Slayer Propel 10
Monster 404 Sup

Don't think I have enough vests/paddles for all the yaks though, but the propels don't really need paddles.  Water level looks really good, maybe a bit higher than they would like for the fly fishing folks, the trees will be in the way on a long backcast.  But that won't affect us in the kayaks.  In fact I'd love to grab a fly rod and throw it off the yak or sup.

AI is overkill, just whatever is easy for you to bring… don't go crazy an yes, from our experience last time, should be an amazing bite once they lower the pen...

Good, the other three kayaks are on the trailer and ready to go right now.
