Self-Rescue classes (Sacramento)?

Does anybody know where I can take a self-rescue class? This passed weekend I learned very quickly how un-educated I was while fishing in Martinez. It could have gone extremely bad maybe even fatal not for me but for my brother in law who was with me.

I am very comfortable getting in and out of my kayak while on the water - flipping a fully rigged kayak in current seemed impossible even with me in my kayak.

And to all my NCKA family for those who anchor down frequently please please please make sure you have a well designed quick release system and is easily accessible - if you are unsure or have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.

I got dumped last week for the first time. Luckily all I had to do to rescue myself was stand up. I was in 3 feet of water so I wasn't as careful as I should have been.
