Are there any crab left in Trinidad ?
Commercial guys say that its slim picking. Found some time tomorrow to go out to try.

Commercial guys set their traps a lot deeper than you would. And slim pickins' for them mean they don't catch enough to make the expense of effort worth it. So it may be a much different story for you. Good luck.

Haven't been out for crab in a couple months, since my traps were stolen.  But it was slim pickings then.  All day for just a couple. Better than naught tho. Let us know how u do.

I got a bunch of rock crab in Humboldt bay including one over 7" a couple weeks ago.  I got a keeper size female Dungeness that day too.

since I don't like the taste of rock crabs I am hoping for a couple of dungees. What is the depth between the bell and the whistle? 50 feet or less?

Do you have a smart phone? Get the navionics app. Great way to get to know the contour of the ocean floor wherever your fishing. Here's the buoy to pilot rock.

That's a great tool. Thank you.
Just wanted to make sure I had enough rope. One keeper today. Gotta try again soon.
