This is off the chart for stuffing quail and ducks! Will work great for porkchops too. I am going to try with fresh picked mushrooms as soon as I can, I am thinking oysters or/and chantrelles!

Just had a mushroom pick. Found exactly one porcini. But it is big enough for a dish. Will try this recipe later. Yummy!
