ISE, Headwaters & HOW 1/8 to 1/11

I'm way out of practice on the flyer situation, but here's what I got and we will pass this out unless someone does better…

  again, I'm wary of giving out the date and do want participants to RSVP….

  Thursday is the slowest day…  but definitely need help setting up etc…

 I've got Ski-Pro  and Novofish… novofish, no worries if this does not work out or ya want another day..  if this day works for ya great…

Friday…

  How about VK and Matt…  we will be set up by then and it's just a matter of manning the booth, talking to people and selling stuff, very casual as I will be there Friday too

Saturday…  Biggest Day…  Raydon,  I'm not sure if I"ll be there Saturday, so if anyone would rather come in and help on Saturday, Raydon may need the help…

I predict about a 80% chance I will be there, but ….   

Sunday,,, I'll be there, Skipro and whom ever else as breakdown at closing with Dan is a big job and I'm a gimp…

after some exhaustive back and forth with other coordinators across the nation, we have decided that anyone who wants to come and ruin our day, would not be detoured by not having a date. Being we don't do a background check on all participants, hiding the date only hurts us in publicizing the event…
we will refrain from exact time and location when possible and hope that all coming will rsvp…

but were not going to let the terrorist win on this one…  open carry?

I'll be there Thursday then.  I can't do both days; Thursday and Sunday though; just one or the other. 

East Gate, Lot D near gate 3?  (I think gate 3 is where vendors go for parking in Lot X)  9am early enough to get set up?  I will probably come with my big camper. 

I'll be there working at a different booth either Sat or Sun.  I'll stop by the booth when I'm off work.

I'm thinking so, but I'm not sure, still waiting on Dan…  from Ravensback post, it sounds like they are on the same spot, so maybe Dan is close by too

I'm letting you know that I will be there almost every day. I will have my kid on Saturday for the first part.  I can help set up and break down, and be there Saturday with full attention once my kid get picked up.  Plus... I should have a battle buddy or two stoping by looking for me.

I'm arriving around 9ish Thursday, D lot, I think Gate 3, just past the main entrance … believe gates open at 10

I have to stop off Thursday morning in Livermore to pick up gear from TW, not sure how traffic and time will be on that...

I'll know more about possible passes soon, we may be able to get half off on a few each day, still working on it…

we have to pay the $10 ( last years price ) for parking

so bushed,,,  and I took yesterday Off!!!  Looks like we netted $600.00 in sales and donations!!!
