If anyone is skeptical of these cases, they're AMAZING ! My GF set her phone(in a lifeproof case) on the roof of her car while loading some other items, got distracted in a lengthy conversation as she finished packing, and drove off with the phone on her roof. Went to work, couldn't find her phone. Drove home after work and just happened to notice her phone sitting in the middle of the road. It had slid off the car and been run over several times during the day. The case was scratched and cracked and the waterproof door was busted off, but the phone itself was unscathed. Great insurance for a pricey phone !

Glue only last a year. My life proof fell apart after 13 months. They have knock offs for $10 that work the same.

not sure what glue you're referring to . My experiences have been positive. I've had 2 Lifeproof cases (iPhone 4s and the iPhone 5s) and they've been good to me. Mr. Matt bought my 4s case. They went through 4 military deployments in the desert, drops and countless fishing trips. These things are tough and the waterproof seal hasn't failed me yet.

Going on four years now with mine and its worked beautifully. Wonder if you just got a dud ? They really stand behind their products as well - did you talk to them ? To each his own, but I know that I wouldn't trust a $500 phone in anything but a Lifeproof.

I'll back up the quality of this brand of case I've used exact same one for majority of the year. I've used it hard as main navigation device otw. Saltwater, freshwater...open and closed the case twice every fishing trip cuz I use an otterbox commuter when not on the water.  Still holds up like it was new.  Pair it with a lifeproof life jacket and ur phone is unstoppable otw...except for the pesky battery life!!

 And at a $25 price point...Good deal.

I'll take it. If it's nuud, it's all good!
