My goals... I visualize myself being one with nature. Tapping into that prehistoric connection we have with fishing, hunting and gathering. Man against nature with nothing but our plastic boats, paddle power and our wits, + (graphite rods, plastic baits, GPS, sonar, live wells, go pros, vhf radios and $1000 worth of assorted fishing gear.) It touches a real primal thing somewhere deep inside. Feeding our families and friends, as natural as it gets. Add to that the camaraderie gained when spending time watching each other's back out on the big blue. Add to that the friendships built around the campfire, Jell-O shots, oyster bakes, potlucks and ukulele sing a longs. The reality of living life, not watching reality TV. You all are the best.

I just looked up the Swell forecast - am I dreaming???

Getting packed and about to get some flaked ice.  So far I have 6 coolers including 3 100ft white ones.  I will probably have some extra if anyone needs some to keep their catch, bait or beer cold..

I got the Lost Coast Kayak Fishing Adventure shirts and hoodies yesterday and they look great. 

ahhhh, getting projects wrapped up, all is falling into place.
loaded up on groceries, kayak & gear squared away, accommodations secured...

I envision my self with eyes glued to the screen in hopes of live action reports from home. .  This will be the first time in 7 years that im gonna miss Shelter. On another note I hope you are all blessed with awesome weather and plenty of fish and abs. Safe travels my brothers and sisters.

Sorry for last minute cancelation , my boss just had me sit and asked me to reschedule my vacation . When I ask for PTO he told me its if works permit, unfortunately we have some discovery deadlines to meet.
