I don't wanna be a party pooper but if the forecast is right, Hwy 1 might flooded & close ~ Valley Ford...
Is there an alternate location ~ Pateluma?

116 is also sketchy Duncan's Mills to Jenner...
I think it's better to have an alternated location rather than have some people stranded somewhere?

Bring your kayak.  :smt003 It's still not raining in SR, the ground is thirsty. It's too late to flood on Saturday IMHO. But, what do I know?

I will be heading through Petaluma around 630/7am or so and caravaning over with Ravensblack...

If the road is blocked or flooded I will post up here and let people know.

Otherwise, we will see you at the beach at TC!

Still dry as a bone down here in Watsonville....

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

I'm going up to my house at timber Cove this afternoon. Anyone and everyone is invited to spend the night tonight.  Bring a mattress and a sleeping bag/Pillow.

It's the last house on Davis way about a quarter-mile up timber Cove Road.
If I'm not at the house or at the cove then I'm probably at Ocean Cove bar for dinner.

Looking forward to this! The coast is beautiful during a storm.
Don't worry about the roads, no one will be stranded.

Good luck with that!

Saturday SE wind around 11 kt. Showers likely, with thunderstorms also possible after 10am. SW swell 11 to 13 ft at 11 seconds. Wind waves around 1 ft.

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

I got a gun you can borrow Rob if it turns out to be doable to jump in...it's a little peashooter but has enough power with the three bands on it to stone a Ling at close range/in a hole.

I'll also bring plenty of beer to keep us happy and calm and safe on shore in the case it is as rough as forecast.  :smt005
