Does anyone want to do a dive tomorrow morning? Looking to spend 1-2 hours in the water and make a rush back to HMB to pull some traps. 9 tags left with little time left to the season and weather doesn't look like its getting any better  :smt010 Van Damme? Timber Cove?

I think I am hitting Mendo or Ft Bragg in the am.  Have to be done by 11 or my wife will kill me.  Took me all week for her to finally give in and let me go.

That's a lot of driving for you.  I have to stay local and try to get in at 8 am.  If you do end up coming up to Van Damme I can meet you otherwise I may look at a few other sites.

Wife made me promise not to get eaten by a shark on Thanksgiving.  I promised but we all know that's really not up to me.

Well ended up diving with JTFishing and DamDan in Ft Bragg.  Grabbed 3 abs and three fish.  Awesome Thanksgiving day morning dive.

Nice meeting and diving with you John.  You are going to end up in diving anonymous 12 step program.  Leaving at 3 am to get up here is true dedication and glad you were able to see some cool fish and get your abs with no problem.

How far is van damme or tiber cove from San Jose? John is the best when it comes to fishing long distance. Awesome guy to be with. Wish I could do some diving. Hopefully John will be able to help me out.

Happy THanksgiving fellas!

Randy,

It's a good 4 to 4-1/2 hrs to Van Damme from San Jose North.
Duane is lucky seems like he's pretty close to the coast up there.

We have SWS down here though and that's only 80 mins away for some excellent spearfishing.

I don't mind driving that far as soon as John will teach me how to do some diving! Wifey loves sea urchin and I am willing to take a hike that far. I live in Tracy and it might be farther but still want to do some diving. Thanks Cabizo... soon Ill be there

I think I'm going to end up in diving anonymous as well... Thanks again to you and Dan for easing my mind and showing me more techniques to the beautiful sport of diving. It was an awesome dive and the itch is getting stronger. The ten hour round trip drive was worth it and I would do it again anytime haha.

Randy,

I'll go diving with you anytime but I'm still learning the ropes about diving myself. I'm not sure I would be a good teacher to you. If anyone, Antonio is the man! :smt006
