Just got back from an awesome trip down to the Southcoast of Big Sur.
Camped overnight and launched early morning with chef, eric, and tony. Paddled south to Pacific Valley and out to the deep reef for wide open fishing on the olives and reds. Biggest fish went 5-6 lbs, and the action was consistent almost all day long.
I'll be offering my resonably priced and informative guide service to all of the Central Coast spots, including Big Sur, from Montana De Oro to Pescadero throughout the summer. I cover safety, weather concerns, species specific techniques (for salmon, white seabass, halibut, lings and rockfish), fisheries biology, and an overall introduction to the fisheries and reefs surrounding each area. Check out my website and email now to book your trip as my spots should fill pretty quickly.
