Pro Angler 17

Finally got the Pro Angler 17T unboxed last night and on the trailex, this thing is a behemoth. Thanks to Beenfishin for the help! My first impression of this thing is that it is gigantic, 10 horizontal rod holders, 3 rectangular hatches, and a 900 lb capacity. It is a beast!

I can see Hobie trying to develop a team bass circuit with this boat. There new livewell XL holds 11 gallons, more than enough to keep a small bag limit alive till weigh in. Hmmm, why not, pretty cool.

I say one when I picked up my 2015 Revo 13.  Me and my buddy together couldn't lift it off the ground. 

Anyone want to help me launch this guy at SWS? no? 

The Dark Side's most impressive flagship to date.  If the PA 14 is reminiscent of a Star Destroyer, then the PA 17 is the Super Star Destroyer.

Holy crap!! That weighs more then my 14' porta bote and 9.8hp outboard combined. That is a beast!!

I'm not a Hobie guy, but seeing a actual picture of a PA17 it's kind of pretty!

 

now if it just had a center single seat molded onto that shell..and a bit more leg room...Id buy it
