Doesn't really change anything.

Try to get a CCW in any bay area city...

If someone takes on city hall the city should lose as this should set president.

I plan on filing for a CCW at the start of the new year..... Maybe I could be the guinea pig :smt003 :smt013 :smt009

Go for it let us know how it goes. I'm undecided pro and con. The Pro is I can take my gun with me when a bad area. Con the Government will ne watching us closely.

Too bad we in Cali will have such a crappy selection of ccw options. Personally, I prefer not to ccw. I want more firepower for the sole reason it can be used for suppression vs lethal force.

Least we forget that our range toys are not the same as our ccw choices.

Mine are.  Unless your talking about carrying a rifle.  But a 45 is more than enough to conceal carry.  What are you wanting to carry?
So long and thanks for all the fish!!!

As I understand this ruling it only applies in San Diego County, not state wide. Odds are this will end up in the SCOTUS, as the 9th courrth is going in contradiction to other circuit courts recent rulings.  Ultimately leading this to the high court.  With the Roberts court anything can go, he tends to go conservative, but every once in a while he goes left of center.

It's circuit wide. Hawaii still has a live appeal, it will go to the SCOTUS.
