December!!!!!! Already close!!! Sac crew Christmas party? Where? When? Planning.

So I have been asked to take the lead on this thing.

So December 13th (5pm) we will be having the annual Sac crew holiday get together at my place in Loomis. We can either do a pot luck or I can contact a mexican restaurant and get a quote once I have an idea of how many people we have.

So let's start out with a roll call and go from there.

Busy Holiday season so I prefer the cater (& probably make easier on James too)... This is just my opinion tho.
I put on my calendar & bring Ash too.

I may be out of this one. I will be in Washington till the 13th and arrive at Sac around 4:30. If there are no delays I may make it.

I'm in with either pot luck or caterer.

My son is getting Married On the 13th... Don't think I can Get out of that to make it... Could the date change? If not that's ok... We have a lot of work and a party of our own to do... Merry Christmas everyone!!!!!

I'd say keep it on the weekend- The weekday night are hard especially for those who have to work until 5:00pm and with traffic ETC. making it at a reasonable hour is tough.

I agree with Eric. You can't please everyone. I am gone almost all week so to me it does not matter.
