anyone have a lawyer recommendation?

My company was sued for sexual harassment, company went bankrupt, now they are coming after the owners to "pierce the corporate veil." My current attorney is from Watsonville and is good at defense.  Looking for a lawyer that specializes in corporate stuff and is more of an offense type.  Anybody have recommendations?

for a sex harassment lawsuit, you should have insurance coverage (if you had a policy in place)?  you want someone in addition to your insurance defense attorney?  I know many high class ho's aka lawyers.  some from the south bay, but none in the watsonville area.  i'll pm you my #

thanks guys.  We were an LLC but they are trying to say we were not in a true sense.  We are, but again, we have to pay to prove it. We had insurance but found that it did not cover sexual harassment.  Had it been anything else, like death for example it was covered. Gave us 20K for legal defense but burned through that in nothing flat. The super pisser is that our "umbrella coverage" doesnt cover this either.  Seems the insurance companies figured out that this is a losing gig.
