Was planning to fish coral street but when I got there the wind was pretty strong, and the water looked confused.  Took a look at otter cove and saw a guy in an inflatable and I think one guy in a big float tube.  They were getting tossed around as well.  I headed for the simplicity of MBK.  First drop a nice blue.  Second drop small blue.  Sun is shining, water is nice, fish are biting...this is gonna be a great day.

Murphy heard my thoughts and suddenly made my bait as popular as North Korea is in Washington.  For the next hour and a half, nothing was interested in me.  Even the sea gull hoping for a floater bailed on me!  I fish blind, no FF so using an ancient art, I guess where the fish are.  By the yellow can I found a huge school of blues in the 3 inch category.  I headed deeper and finally found some quality blues at mid depth and a few small, what I think are coppers on the bottom.

2 guys in a skiff were in the kelp, red tide going, said they had a few rockfish and an underling.

headed in and forgot to unleash my paddle before landing.  Stepped out, looked down at the tangle, cursed, then fell over.  A scuba rescue class was practicing on the beach, so I was in better shape than the bean hollow disaster guys.  Luckily the huge MKB surf of 2-4 inches was not a threat to life and limb.  Oh and the Magellan hand held GPS really is waterproof!
