I still think the ability to 'track back' on the screen using the cursor to mark a spot/target/fish (with gps coordinates) that you went over earlier in the day is still my "THAT'S THE COOLEST" feature winner!

Bill, that is a pretty cool feature, especially after a prefish day or just trolling. You can go back and mark some good structure back at camp for the next morning.

But this one trumps it all in my opinion... Creating your own maps with Insight Genisis which is built right into these units. This is a map I recorded of Lake Natoma upper section. There was no real detailed contours maps for this lake and now I have a 1' ft contour map I've created and loaded onto my Lowrance. I now know every hole, every ledge, ect.  This feature is game changer to say the least!

If your interested in learning a bit more about IG I'll be working with Bill on the Sacramento Lowrance seminar this fall. I'll also cover some Google Maps waypoints and veiwing bottom ocean structure and how to get them all on your ff. Come on out!

Genesis is a very cool feature.  I recorded for a couple days on Lake Don Pedro so a few of the coves are now recorded in 1' contours.

For those interested in this seminar, we are working to have a date/time/location for you SOON.  My hope is to have it BEFORE the Lowrance Classic event in November.
