Headache rack for sale or trade

Selling my fullsize shortbed headache rack. It was on my 2005 chevy 2500 shortbed and im sure it will fit for shortbeds to. It cost 2500 to have custom made and now i have no use for it since i got my canopy and i love it. It has bed rails inside and out as long as a tail gate bar that can be stored next to the toolbox slot when not in use. Its a super stout rack and well built. Im asking $1500 or trade for a fully rigged kayak. Located in redway ca.

I get a headache just trying to figure out what it does! 

Well it does lots of things protects your back window from firewood/four wheelers, hauls lumber and gates, numerous tie down points so side by sides don't escape from the bed. And holds cheap Chevy beds together from rattling apart on wash board dirt roads 

What shape metal was used for that rack? It looks like diamond shaped? I thought at first glance it was square turned 45* but I don't think it is????
