New to NCKA and Kayak Fishing in general, ShapAtaq - Santa Rosa

Hi everyone. My name is Maks Shap. ShapAtaq.

I recently bought a used blue Prowler 13 to set up for fishing rock cod in the coves. I eventually also want to catch salmon. As of now the only fishing experience I have is with rock cod from the few times I have gone out there with my brother in law. I'm hooked. <-----  . But seriously something about being out on the water just calls to me.

Ive got a lot to catch up on, so any tips tricks and advice will be appreciated.

Hey everyone, thanks for the welcome.

Hey Dustin, it was good meeting you the other day.

I am planning on heading out on the water this coming weekend. not sure where to launch yet, have only been on the water through ocean cove and sort of interested in exploring new locations.

It's lookin' like it's going to be pretty flat this weekend.

Not sure what my plans are, but I'll shoot you a PM later this week.
