Your nephew play for Brookings-Harbor high, Curry youth, Knigjts youth or Phoenix high?

I'm also interested in brookings bottom fishing info. They are year round, so I'm particularly thinking between November and mid May.

Brookings Harbor High, this will b first game I've seen since he played for the curry league.   Used to take him trout fishing all the time. He was pretty good at it too.  So I'll be stoked if he gets into yak fishing too.

Might try salmon either ocean or the chetco. Brookings harbor is having their salmon derby right now, haven't heard any numbers yet.

Plus you can keep clipped coho.

Wish your nephew and his team the best for the season. I won't have any brookings harbor games this year barring a fill in call but I work with the guys that will be there. I had two in fortuna and two in crescent city this weekend. I'm beat, was hoping to hit the ocean tomorrow after resting today but this wind is downright discouraging.

I've launched off the beach at Harris Beach State park. Protected by large rocks and you can score some nice fish outside. Its a steep haul down though so bring wheels. Ive even seen ab divers there.Good luck on the game and on the water if you guys go!

The Slammin Salmon was a bust this year, the numbers were very low. Launch from the boat ramp and exit north. Great fishing can be had within 15 minutes of the launch.
