$$$ of the seminar!!! It would be super RAD if you guys covered downrigger trolling from the yak with flat body lures!(rigged with a lil bait) drifting roe... under float and on the bottom. Jigging with 3 vs. 2oz laser minnows (treble vs. Siwash) Terminal tackle(tips) and rigging...How we can set up the downriggers(depending on your kayak front vs. rear mounting) NETS! and LANDING methods used... (30 salmon+ is not like lipping a bass out of your local pond). storage and securing the FAMOUS Sacramento river salmon. areas to launch and... your secret holes that will be holding fish :smt002... I don't mind you guys covering rods and reels... but mostly everyone knows the basics, but a more in depth look at braid with mono leader vs. strait Fluorocarbon and your opinions would be nice. Also how current... water temp... and current river flows effect both the movement of the fish and angler. And lastly, along with other topics I've missed WATER SAFETY... personally I've never fished the SAC river... but I've heard you can get like 20 boats on one hole, if this is true I will be $purchasing$ a nice lengthy flag to mount, because pickled agro boaters don't mix well with us cool calm kayaker's  :smt004 Also since I know I'm not the only one that is in need of a (good quality) downrigger... maybe headwaters would offer a little discount on the lake troll or cannon mini troller kits on the seminar date if they have them in stock  :smt003...if not basspro is gunna have to take my money... :smt011 hopefully I'll be seeing you fellow plastic pirates at headwaters!

We will try to do our best, if the seminar happens.

Sorry, but I'm still working with one of the team members on this.  As soon as we get a result there will be a response.

Are you talking about fishing the sac where it comes by Lodi, or up the river in the areas that are more like the typical river situations? I drive over the bridge near Lodi sometimes and once in a while I see bunch of boats down river from the bridge. I'm assuming they are after passing salmon? I've never tried the "Delta" region of the river.

Jonesz the waters covered for the seminar would mostly reflect Sacramento County on the Sacramento and American River.
