I don't know too much about them but I'm looking for an indoor bicycle trainer that I can use with my mountain bike.

If you've got one you're looking to get rid of let me know.

I'll get you a sample from work.  dont' buy one.

It will adjust to receive your mtb.
But you'll need to buy a slick or semi smooth rear tire.
Riding knobbies on a stationary trainer will give you hemrods and limp d!ck

Not only what was mentioned above but you need serious ear protection with knobbies on a roller. Slicks are best for trainers.

Martin came through BIG!!

Thanks Martin, now I have no excuse for not getting a bit more exercise.  Now I can even convince myself I'm riding to the store to buy a beer....even though I'll just be pedaling in place and reaching into the fridge to pour a pint from keg.   :smt003
