I have lusted (funny word to use LOL) after this for a few years. But the driving from Santa Clara now that Livermore, Tracy , Santa Rosa ,and Manteca are built up has given me pause--mego-WAF points just for the drive it takes. I'd really love to take that on but unless I figure out a less time-consuming way or getting to the fish, I'll have to enjoy it vicariously through your posts.

I have 3 of 6, golden, redband, and steelhead.  The location of the golden is questionable and I'd be more than happy to chase them and KR rainbows in the Bakersfield area with you this fall if your interested.  As far as the others...I'm up for a chalange!  maby goose lake and eagle lake next year????
