small and says it will hold up to 10 lbs. but only good up to a depth of 100 feet. i might get one just to try it as i would like to keep my rods without having to leash everything down

So you have to wait a few minutes for that tiny buoy to deploy. Then got to paddle around to find it. I think I will stick to pool noodle for rod float.
