I just got a call from F&G asking if I would participate in a survey. They asked me a bunch of dumb questions about how much I spend, how far I drive, etc. But the last one was the juicy one: "Do you have any suggestions for the abalone regulations?" I said open the Stewart's Point Reserve to abalone take to alleviate pressure in other places and raise the size limit to 8.5 or 9 inches. Anybody else get this call?

May the fish be mighty and the seas be meek...
