LRC 2014 - Results page 1

I am registered

ONLY 3 DAYS LEFT TO PRE-REGISTER!

In talking with some of my guys @ Lowrance, there are very few kayak related tournaments that has Lowrance as a main sponsor.  All eyes will be on US, as Lowrance & their key distributors are working HARD in 2015 & beyond to expand the market for Kayak users!

I will personally be forwarding pictures & a full report back to some of the upper-most execs within Lowrance.  Both Mike & I will also have our standard "post-event" reports to fill out as well.

This being among the first West Coast events of this sort, we want to make it SHINE & you guys are our STARS!!!!!

I just got a box from Promar/Ahi with a bunch of great stuff! I think the LRC and Promar/Ahi will build a great relationship for years to come.
The prizes for the Ling cod category and Raffle is looking awesome!!!

Hey Guys,

I've had a couple questions regarding how far it was from the sea wall/check-in table to Chicken Cove. Well, its 380 yards as the crow fly's. The reason for their concern was some anglers did not have a kayak cart that performed well on beach sand and found it might be difficult going. Well I contacted Otto from Wheelezz and he will be at the event. He will have 4 Demo kayak beach/sand carts for anyone/everyone for the trip to Checkin Cove. 

In his words:

Please announce demo presence to your data base to help encourage those that may be on the fence due to hard portage.

If you do not own a set of these beach wheeleez carts yet, this is your chance to experience first hand why these carts are really the only option for kayak transport on thick/beach sand. So if you've been hesitant or on the fence to join us at LRC, don't be! Have no fear Wheeleez is here!

Will these demo's be for sale on Sunday, put me on the list if they are  , as my stock Hobie wheels suck !

13 days till I'm there and camping, chilling, fishing  CANT WAIT
and more props to the prizemaster MIKE for such an amazing job putting all this together.  In his free time I heard he herds cats too...

Thanks Jim and I'm also looking to getting up to AB, that place is great. I did wrangle a bit of kitty when I was younger.
