Is it a good time to go kayak fishing in the evening? If so, what type of fish?
I am sure there would be above average presence of lunatics....

I'd go for bass and catfish. The big incoming tides in the delta push the bass closer to the shore. Should be a really good bite on the evening high tide tomorrow.
