HMB 6/7 Report

Met up with SacJack(Jack) and Shake(Ryan) at HMBK. We launched around 7:00am to drop some crab pots and then headed to the Green Can. I was jigging swimbaits most of the day with tons of success. I caught limits on lings with one of them measuring 31.5" and limits on cabs with 2 measuring over 20". One Cab measured at 24.5" and 10.5 lbs. I also caught a nice 19" black.

We all caught lings but I'll let the other guys give details on their fish.

Awesome day fishing with Jack and Ryan.

1 keeper dungy and 1 Rock. My trap was full but mostly shorts and females.

Nice meeting you guys today. Impressive haul of cabs and ling!! I ended up with 2 blacks, 1 copper, 1 red and a ling.

Really nice catch!  I have not caught a cab yet.  Is there any type of bottom, depth, type of bait or lure that is better for them?
