I made a German chocolate cake for an early father's day dinner. I have half left over, and I don't need to get fatter.

America's Test Kitchen recipe (not that boxed mix crap)... and it's damn good.

Actually, as I recall German Chocolate cake is not German at all and is infact an American confectionry invention.

No thanks on the German Sweets.  I hate marzipan  :smt005  If you happen to go to Norway in your travels, Ill take a Krokan Rull.
