Looked like some fairly shallow water there.  Was that less than 20ft?  When you shot the ling on top the boulder you seemed to be on the surface pretty quickly after the shot!

I'm really hoping to make it in the water to pop my first ab this summer sometime but 20ft will likely be my max depth!

Very shallow!!

That first ling was on top of a pinnacle at about 15 feet...the pinnacle dropped off to 40-45 on the sides and I was hoping to find some good stuff down below but no luck.

I hunted in all kinds of depths that weekend, but pretty much everything I found was in shallow. Just the way I like it!
